Diverse Forms of Propaganda for the People
According to the leadership of the Buon Ma Thuot Ward People's Committee, visual propaganda and mobilization efforts have been prioritized and implemented early to reach every citizen.
Currently, key thoroughfares have been refreshed with new displays. Specifically, 14 propaganda panels, 20 banners, and 8 light boxes have been installed along Nguyen Tat Thanh and Le Duan streets. Furthermore, the ward has deployed 300 red flags, 300 six-colored flags, 50 pennants, and 1,200 National and Party flags along major routes such as Truong Chinh, Tran Hung Dao, and Vo Nguyen Giap.
Moreover, at the offices of various agencies, the Party flags and national flags have been replaced, and text has been displayed on LED screens for propaganda purposes. In the villages and residential groups, the welcome gates and community activity centers have also been inspected, with flags replaced and slogans hung to celebrate the occasion.
Beyond visual displays, the ward has produced four specialized radio programs regarding the significance of the 14th Congress for broadcast on the local PA system and digital platforms. Residents have also been mobilized to conduct general environmental clean-ups to ensure urban aesthetics.

Comrade Dang Gia Duan, Secretary of the Ea Kao Ward Party Committee, noted that from a purely agricultural base, 10 ethnic minority villages and 15 residential groups are now embracing digital transformation and ecological agriculture linked with community tourism.
"We believe the 14th Congress will ignite a new development aspiration. Breakthrough decisions on strategic infrastructure for the Central Highlands will not only ensure sustainable poverty reduction but also transform our cultural identity into a vital economic resource," said Comrade Dang Gia Duan said.

Ms. H Ly A Knul, Secretary of the Youth Union of Drang Phok Village (Buon Don), stated that the youth members have taken concrete actions to clean up the village and promote legal awareness in preparation for the Congress. The younger generation hopes that the 14th Congress will introduce numerous policies to support entrepreneurship right in the villages, creating motivation for ethnic minority youth to rise up, develop the economy, and firmly protect the borders of the Fatherland.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Loan, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, shared the people's trust in the Party's sound decisions that have significantly improved their lives and expressed the hope that the upcoming Congress will continue to listen to and enhance the material and spiritual values for the farmers.

In a spirited atmosphere of competition, enterprises in Dak Lak are striving to translate the spirit of the Congress into concrete growth figures. At Simexco Dak Lak, the company has set a high target of purchasing 25,000 tons and exporting over 20,000 tons of agricultural products during the month celebrating the Congress. Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy General Director of the company, affirmed that all personnel, from Party members to employees, are focusing their efforts to assert the province's agricultural products' position in the international market.

Workers at Simexco Dak Lak are making efforts to complete coffee export orders for early 2026.

In key agricultural regions, farmers are working hard to improve the productivity and quality of agricultural products to directly contribute to the overall development of Dak Lak province.
Alongside state-owned enterprises, private entities like Si Cafe are also boldly investing in technology and expanding export markets. Ms. Duong Nu Thien An, Director of Si Cafe, expressed that the business community is very excited about the Party's attention to the agricultural sector and hopes that the 14th Congress will provide additional strength through practical policies, creating a more favorable environment for buildi ng a sustainable Dak Lak coffee brand in the global market.
