On November 24, the Central Committee's survey team headed by Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council had a meeting with Dak Lak Provincial Committee to evaluate the results of 20 years of implementation of Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW, dated March 12, 2003 of the Ninth Party Central Committee and Program No. 19-CTr/TU, May 15, 2003 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on "Promoting the strength of national unity to develop rich population, strong nation, and fair, democratic and civilized society".
