On the morning of February 16, the Department of Home Affairs held a conference to provide guidance on the assessment and scoring of the PAR index for offficials in charge of administrative reform at the district, town and city levels in the province.

On February 9, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 958/UBND-KGVX to departments, agencies, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, Dak Lak Newspaper, Radio and Television, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities on the implementation of Plan No. 339/KH-BTTTT dated February 1, 2023 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on organizing the 2nd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2023.
