On March 20, at the National Assembly House, within the program of the 21st Session of the National Assembly, under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, the National Assembly Standing Committee held a question-and-answer session on topics in the field of courts and procuracy.

On the afternoon of March 21, the Delegation led by Mr. Shawn Perry Steil, Ambassador of Canada to Vietnam had a meeting with the Provincial People's Committee. Chairing the meeting on the side of Dak Lak province were Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of related departments and agencies.

On the afternoon of March 20, the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Post Office held the signing ceremony of the cooperation program for the period of 2023 - 2026. Signing ceremonies were also held at the same time in localities across the country between the Postal Service and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of provinces and centrally run cities.

On March 20, 2023, the Central Public Security Party Committee held an online conference on the implementation of Decision No. 90-QD/TW, dated December 16, 2022 of the Party’s Secretariat on the coordination between the Central Public Security Party Committee and the provincial and municipal Party Committees in leadership of party works, political works and public relations among the municipal police forces.

On the evening of March 14, at March 10 Square of Buon Ma Thuot City, the closing ceremony of the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023 was held with the theme "Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee city - The origin of creativity”.
