On the afternoon of July 4th, the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association at the provincial level organized a conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year and to discuss the directions and tasks for the remaining 6 months. The conference was co-chaired by the Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association in Dak Lak province, H'Yim Kđoh, and the Standing Vice Chairman of the Association, Pham Quang Hung.

On the morning of July 4th, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association organized an informal meeting for entrepreneurs to introduce information and approaches to accessing preferential loans for startups in the province.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Pham Minh Tan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizational Committee, and relevant departments, committees, and units.

On the morning of June 30, the People's Committee of Ea H'Leo district organized a conference to review the digital transformation work in the first six months of 2023 and summarize the 30-day and night campaign to implement digital applications and cashless payments throughout the district.

On July 5th, Hanoi Law University held a graduation ceremony for Class 4435 of the undergraduate program for the academic year 2019-2023, consisting of 51 students at its branch in Dak Lak Province.
