On July 3, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5624/UBND - KT to the departments, boards, and sectors under the province, as well as the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities regarding the implementation of Circular No. 43/2023/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2023, by the Minister of Finance, which amends and supplements certain provisions of circulars related to the submission, presentation, and disclosure of information on household registration, temporary residence, or documents requiring local confirmation of residency when implementing policies or administrative procedures in the field of state management by the Ministry of Finance.

On July 4, 2023, the provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5645/UBND-KGVX to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Department of Information and Communications; the Office of the provincial People's Committee; the provincial Police Department; the provincial Radio and Television Station; the People's Committee of Krông Ana District; and the Dak Lak Telecommunications Company (VNPT) regarding the implementation of the directive of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Announcement No. 1006-TB/VPTU dated June 26, 2023, and the proposal of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board in Official Letter No. 512-CV/BDVTU and Plan No. 74-KH/BDVTU dated June 29, 2023, regarding the coordination in organizing the Traditional Fashion Art Program of ethnic groups in Dak Lak province.

On July 4, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5667/UBND - KGVX to the Department of Information and Communications regarding the implementation of Report No. 69/BC-BTTTT dated June 30, 2023, from the Ministry of Information and Communications on the progress of implementing Resolution No. 17/NQ-CP dated March 7, 2019, of the Government on key tasks and solutions for developing e-government in the period of 2019-2020, with a vision towards 2025.

On July 5, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5673/UBND - KGVX to the Department of Science and Technology regarding the implementation of Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BKHCN dated June 26, 2023, of the Minister of Science and Technology amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BKHCN dated June 11, 2014, on the collection, registration, storage, and disclosure of information on Science and Technology tasks, and Circular No. 10/2017/TT-BKHCN dated June 28, 2017, on the construction, management, exploitation, utilization, maintenance, and development of the National Database on Science and Technology.

On July 5, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5714/UBND - NC to the Provincial Police, Department of Finance, and People's Committees of districts: Cu M'gar, Ea H'leo, Krông Pắc, Ea Kar, M’Đrắk, and Buon Ho town regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 13/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 2021, of the Provincial People's Council, which regulates the handling of facilities that do not meet the fire safety requirements and were put into operation before the effective date of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Law (PCCC) on August 8, 2022. On this matter, the Provincial People's Committee had previously issued Decision No. 1736/QD-UBND on the approval of a list of facilities that need to implement corrective measures to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety for the 7 markets in the province.
