On September 20th, in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak Province organized the opening ceremony of the 2023 Central Highlands - Central Vietnam Information Security Exercise. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Information and Communications, leaders of the Departments of Information and Communications from Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Binh Phuoc, and Gia Lai provinces, as well as representatives from various departments, agencies, and localities within Dak Lak Province, and information technology companies.

On the afternoon of September 20th, Trung Nguyen Legend Group held the groundbreaking ceremony and announced the vision for the La Forêt En Ville Hotel complex and The World Coffee Center Conference Center. The project is positioned as the first international standard luxury hotel in Buon Ma Thuot, with a total area of 166 rooms and a conference center inspired by Vietnam's first and largest coffee, accommodating over 1,000 people.

On September 18th, the Provincial People's Committee organized a meeting to gather opinions from its members to review and approve the proposed agenda items for the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.

On the morning of September 19th, the Department of Education and Training organized the opening ceremony of the exam to select the team of students participating in the National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2023-2024 academic year.

On September 12th, Mr. Tran Duc Nhat, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City, announced that the city has recently provided free wifi through a socialization initiative on Phan Dinh Giot Street.

On September 14, the Inspection Team from the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak Province, led by Mr. Y Hương Nie, Deputy Director of the Department, held a working session with the People's Committee of Krong Ana District to inspect disaster prevention and control activities in the district for the year 2023.
