At the national final of the 2023 Women's Entrepreneurship Competition with the theme "Women Entrepreneurship, Harnessing Local Resources," organized by the Central Vietnam Women's Union, a project by a female member in Dak Lak Province received the First Prize.

On the afternoon of October 11, in Hanoi, the Foreign Information Work Steering Committee organized a national conference to research and implement Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to enhance the quality and efficiency of foreign information work in the new context.

On October 12th, a delegation from Dak Lak Province, led by Mr. Luu Van Khoi, Director of the Department of Trade, visited and held discussions with the Vietnamese Trade Office in South Korea. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange information and promote trade for products and businesses in the trade industry of Dak Lak Province in the South Korean market.

On the morning of October 11, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, in collaboration with Saigon College of Tourism, organized the opening ceremony of a training class on the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities linked to tourism development.

On October 12, in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Ministry of Information and Communications organized a conference to promote the work of protecting state secrets, documentation, and archiving in 2023.

On October 17th, the Healthcare Union organized an exchange program for female healthcare professionals under the theme "Confidence - Dynamism - Creativity" to commemorate the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2023) and to celebrate the 11th Provincial Union Congress of Dak Lak for the term 2023-2028.
