On the morning of November 15, at the National Assembly House, the National Election Council held a national conference to implement the Politburo’s Directive and launch preparations for the election of the 16th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term. The conference was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person attendance with online connections to provincial and communal sites in 34 provinces and cities nationwide.

On the morning of November 13, at the headquarters of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thien Van received and met with Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang, Consul General of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic in Da Nang, on the occasion of the completion of his term of office in Vietnam.

On the afternoon of November 12, the following officials visited and presented gifts to support residents severely affected by Storm No. 13 in Xuan Canh and Xuan Loc communes: Pham Dai Duong, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Department; Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet, Deputy Head of the specialized delegation in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Dao An Xuan, Deputy Head of the specialized delegation of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; along with leaders of the Provincial Police and the Office of the Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of November 8, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, a member of the Central Party Committee, along with a delegation from the Central Government, conducted inspections and provided guidance on response efforts and recovery from Storm No. 13 in Xuan Canh commune. He visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to share in the difficulties and losses faced by the residents.

On the morning of October 28, in Buon Ma Thuot ward, Dak Lak province, the First Provincial Congress of Patriotic Emulation for the term 2025-2030 was held with great solemnity.

On the afternoon of October 21, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presided over the 18th meeting of the National Steering Committee for combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, head of the National Steering Committee for combating IUU fishing, and other committee members. The meeting was connected online to 21 points across coastal provinces and cities nationwide.
