On the morning of November 9th, the College of Engineering and Technology of the Central Highlands held the opening ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year and celebrated the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teacher's Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2023).

On November 7th, the Buon Ma Thuot City Party Committee held a ceremony to award and present Party Badges to Party members in commemoration of the 106th anniversary of the October Revolution (7/11/1917-7/11/2023).

On November 5th, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a nationwide online conference to evaluate the results of implementing Directive No. 01/CT-TTg, dated January 3, 2023, on enhancing fire prevention and firefighting in the new situation.

On the morning of November 8th, the Department of Education and Training, in collaboration with the Education Sector Labor Union of the province, organized the opening ceremony of the 40th Traditional Sports Festival of the Education and Training Sector in Dak Lak Province in 2023.

From November 5th to 10th, with the approval of the Provincial Party Committee, a delegation from the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, led by Mr. Nguyen Thien Van, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, conducted a working visit to India.
