On the morning of November 10th, in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Water Resources Management Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment organized a workshop to assess the capacity to receive wastewater, the carrying capacity, and develop a plan for managing the environmental quality of surface water in inter-provincial and transnational rivers within the Serepok River Basin. Mr. Nguyen Minh Khuyen, Deputy Head of the Water Resources Management Department, chaired the workshop.

On November 10th, the Inspection Delegation No. 42 of the Provincial People's Council, led by Mr. Le Van Cuong, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council, conducted a monitoring visit to oversee the implementation of Decision No. 42/2012/QD-TTg dated October 8, 2012, issued by the Prime Minister regarding support for organizations and units employing ethnic minority labor in mountainous and extremely difficult areas at the Rubber Corporation, a member of Ea H’leo Joint Stock Company.

On November 3, Tay Nguyen University collaborated with Sofia University (Bulgaria), Hue University of Economics, and Can Tho University to organize the 5th International Workshop on Economics, Business, and Finance.

On November 10th, in commemoration of the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2023), the residential cluster of Cue hamlet, K62 hamlet, and Ea Brinh village in Bang Adrenh Commune, Krong Ana district, held a solemn Unity Festival for the entire ethnic community in 2023.

On the morning of November 8th, the Rural Coordination Office of the province collaborated with Pro Phuong Nam Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) to organize the training program "Enhancing capacity for district and commune officials in rural development in 2023."

As part of the working program in India from November 5th to November 11th, 2023, on the afternoon of November 8th, 2023, the working delegation from Dak Lak province, led by Mr. Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as the Head of the delegation, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Minister of Kerala, Sri. Pinarayi Vijayan, State Secretary V. Venu and the State Minister of Agriculture Shri. P. Prasad.
