On the morning of November 8th to evaluate the directing and managing activities of the Provincial People's Committee during the implementation of economic and social development indicators in October 2023, the Provincial People's Committee held its regular meeting session. They also discussed the tasks for November 2023 and reviewed and approved the contents under their jurisdiction. Comrade Pham Ngoc Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and other Deputy Chairpersons of the Provincial People's Committee presided over the meeting.

From November 8th to 9th, in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, the Department of Management of Administrative Violations and Law Enforcement Monitoring - Ministry of Justice held a conference to provide in-depth training on the management of legal enforcement activities related to the handling of administrative violations. The event was attended by over 100 delegates from three provinces: Dak Lak, Dak Nong, and Khanh Hoa.

On November 10th, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province organized a dialogue conference with youth for the year 2023 under the theme "Dak Lak Province Youth and Digital Transformation for Socio-Economic Development”. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives of the Provincial Youth Union, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Information and Communication, co-chaired the conference.

On the afternoon of November 17th, a meeting was held at the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to announce the decision of the Provincial Standing Committee regarding personnel matters.

On the afternoon of November 17, the Provincial Farmers' Union organized the forum "Farmers' Entrepreneurship in the Digital Technology Era." The forum was attended by nearly 100 delegates, including leaders of the Farmers' Union from districts, towns, cities, grassroots union officials, cooperatives, collective economic groups, occupational associations, production-business-excellent households, and farmer members.

On the morning of November 17, in Ia Rve commune, Ea Sup district, the Department of Information and Communications, in coordination with the Border Guard Command of the province, organized a conference on training and knowledge enhancement on foreign affairs for border villages in Ea Sup district in 2023.
