On the afternoon of November 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), organized an online international workshop on "International Experience in Carbon Market Development and Policy Implications for Vietnam." The workshop was chaired by Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu.

On the morning of November 30, at the Border Guard Command of Dak Lak Province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. From November 23 to 25, Dak Lak province participated in the 2nd Vietnam Ethnic Groups' Ritual Bamboo Pole Day, Cultural, Sports, and Tourism Exchange at the Cultural Village - Tourism of Vietnamese Ethnicities in Dong Mo, Son Tay, Hanoi.

On November 27, the Buon Ma Thuot City Police organized a event on anti-school violence and traffic safety for more than 600 students in grades 6 and 8 at Doan Thi Diem Secondary School (Buon Ma Thuot City).
