On February 11, in Ea Rok commune, Dak Lak province, Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the inter-level boarding primary and lower secondary school in Ea Rok commune. This project is of particular importance, contributing to improved learning conditions for students in border areas, especially children of ethnic minority communities who continue to face difficulties.

On the morning of February 5, a provincial delegation led by Comrade Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Border Affairs, visited, offered Tet greetings, and presented gifts to officers and soldiers at several Border Guard Stations deployed along the province's border. On the morning of February 4, in Tay Hoa commune, Dak Lak province, the Vietnam Red Cross Society in coordination with the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee organized the program Tet for flood affected people Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026. The program aims to care for poor households, families of policy beneficiaries, vulnerable people and households affected by storms and floods; through this, it seeks to spread a spirit of compassion and sharing, helping residents welcome the traditional Tet warmly and with solidarity.
