On the morning of May 9th, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) held a press conference to announce the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) for 2023 and the Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PGI) for 2023.

On the morning of May 10th, the Provincial Women's Union organized a workshop to evaluate and scale up the models of the Union's involvement in building new rural areas and to summarize the Movement "Building 5 No-Five Clean Families" phase 2021 - 2024.

In 2024, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province requested departments and sectors to enhance the effectiveness of investment attraction in the province with a focus on key areas. Specifically, each locality must identify improving the business environment and enhancing competitive capacity as a top priority, proposing mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for land-use investment projects, contributing to improving the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI).

On the morning of May 9th, the Provincial Women's Union organized the opening ceremony of the final round of the "Women's Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Green Transformation Competition in Dak Lak Province 2024".
