On the afternoon of December 19, the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province organized its regular press conference for November 2025, presided over by Vice Chairman Truong Cong Thai. The event saw the participation of leaders from various departments, sectors, and numerous journalists from national and local media agencies.

On December 19, at the project site north of Tran Phu Street, Cloud Gate Group officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cloud Reserve Central Tuy Hoa project. The event was attended by comrade Nguyen Thien Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives from various provincial departments, the Tuy Hoa Ward People's Committee, and other relevant agencies.

On the afternoon of December 16, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the high-level plenary session of the Vietnam Economic Forum 2025, Outlook 2026. The forum was themed: "Vietnam's Economy: Rapid, Sustainable, and Green Development in the Digital Age."

On December 16, at the second headquarters of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province (Tuy Hoa Ward), a delegation from Bac Ninh Province led by Comrade Le Xuan Loi—Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee—conducted an official working visit. During the session, the delegation presented a financial support package totaling 5 billion VND to Dak Lak Province to assist in mitigating the severe consequences of recent natural disasters and stabilizing the lives of local residents.

On the afternoon of December 16, the first session of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Dak Lak Province for the 2025–2030 term was convened.

On the evening of December 16, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered keynote directions at the 26th Meeting of the National Steering Committee on Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing Prevention.
