Knowledge Sharing Workshop on Irrigation and Drainage Management – Best Practices from Asia
July 6, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in coordination with Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee held the knowledge sharing Workshop on Irrigation and Drainage management – Best practices from Asia. Present at the Workshop were Sanath Ranawana - Head of senior delegation of ADB, Mr. Hoang Van Thang – Deputy Minister of MARD, representatives of Agriculture and Rural Development Departments of Ninh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong, Dak Lak provinces. Representing Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee was Vice Chairman Nguyen Tuan Ha.

In the afternoon of June 7th, under the chairmanship of Assistant to the Foreign Minister and Head of the MOFA’s Office Duong Chi Dung, chiefs of Vietnamese diplomatic representative offices abroad in term of 2016 – 2019, including 22 ambassadors and consuls general who have just been nominated paid a courtesy visit to Provincial Party Standing Committee in order to get information about socio-economic status and diplomatic affairs of the province in the past time.

On June 8, Mr. Park Huyn Woo – Chairman of the Solarpark Company received and worked with the delegation of Dak Lak province, including Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Y Bier Nie,Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Pham Ngoc Nghi, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee cum Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Hai Ninh on the construction and operation of Solar Power Plant at Ea Sup Thuong Lake, Dak Lak province.
Dak Lak ready for graduation exam 2016
The National High School Graduation Exam (the Graduation Exam) 2016 will begin in the next month. The high schools and Continuing Education Centers in the province have helped all students get a psychological stability and collect information about the Graduation Exam. In addition, they have also trained 12th graders urgently to help them have enough knowledge for the exam.
Workshop on cyber security in E-government Development
On June 3rd, Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with SUNMEDIA and CISCO held a workshop on cyber security in Dak Lak E-government Development. Chairman of PPC Nguyen Hai Ninh, representatives of Departments of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province and other Central Highland provinces, and representatives of departments, branches, sectors, localities in the province attended the workshop.
