July 17th, The Provincial Steering Committee on combating smuggling, commercial frauds and counterfeiting (the 389 Provincial Steering Committee) held a preliminary conference on review of its results in the first six months and set up tasks in coming time. The Conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Standing Vice Chairman of the PPC, Head of the 389 Provincial Steering Committee.

July 12th, Wednesday morning, the delegates focused on discussing in the hall about the situation of socio-economy of the province in the early six months, content of projects, and important resolutions in the session 4th headed by Mr. Y Bier Nie – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, PC Chairman.

On July 11, the 9th Provincial People’s Council (the PC) for the 2016-2021 tenure was officially opened to review situation of socio-economic development, national defense and security in the first 6 months of 2017 as well as pass some important reports, statements and resolutions. The session was presided by Mr. Y Bier Nie – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, PC Chairman cum Head of the provincial delegation of National Assembly members with the attendance of Mr. Eban Y phu - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of provincial departments, sector; leaders of 15 city, town, and districts as well as 79 delegates of the PC.

Afternoon, June 28th, on the occasion of the 6th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union tenure 2017-2022, the delegation representing the Youth Union Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial bodies visited the statue “Uncle Ho and Dak Lak ethnic children” as well as offered incense to war martyrs in the southward march.

June 20th, Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee held a meeting with central and local press agencies in Dak Lak province on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day with the attendance of Mr. Tran Vinh Canh – Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Council; former provincial leaders; representatives of the Propaganda and Training Department of Provincial Party Committee and Dak Lak Provincial Department Information and Communications.

June 21st, Dak Lak Provincial Department of Industry and Trade (DOIT) in collaboration with Muong Thanh – Buon Ma Thuot supermarket organized the opening ceremony of Vietnamese goods sales point namely “Tu Hao Hang Viet” (Proud of Vietnamese Goods) at 07 Chu Van An, Tan An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city. Attending the ceremony there were Director of DOIT Pham Thai, Muong Thanh Hotel’s leaders and representatives of relevant agencies.
