On October 11th morning, the 09th Provincial People’s Council for the period of 2016 - 2020 opened an extraordinary session with the participation of Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, relevant departments and sectors. The session was chaired by Mr. Y Bier Nie - Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, Head of Dak Lak province’s Delegation of NA Deputies.

On the afternoon of October 10th, the Propaganda and Training Commission of Provincial Party Committee in coordination with the Department of Information and Communication and the Journalists’ Association held a regular press conference in September, 2017. The conference attracted the participation of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Commissions as well as representatives of the local and central press agencies located in the province.

On the morning of October 10th, Dak Lak Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (Youth Union) of Dak Lak province to organize the Final Round and Award Presentation Ceremony of the Contest on the 50th Founding Anniversary of ASEAN (August 08th, 1967 - August 08th, 2017) (the contest). Attending the ceremony, there were Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Canh and representatives of relevant departments, departments in the province.

On October 8th, the closing and awarding ceremony of the 5th National Youth Informatics Contest (Contest) in 2017 was took place in Buon Ma Thuot City. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, Head of the Contest’s Organizing Commitee, Mr. Pham Minh Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.

In the afternoon of October 4th, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Procincial People’s Committee (PPC) Nguyen Tuan Ha chaired a regular press conference hled by the PPC in September, 2017 to inform the press agencies about the performance of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring provincial security and defense in the first 9 months of the year as well as respond to some of contents that the media reflected in the past time.

On October 3rd, Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) held a Conference chaired by PPC Chairman Pham Ngoc Nghi on reviewing the performance of socio-economic development task, safeguarding national defense and security in the province and setting up tasks of the last three months of 2017.
