On the afternoon of October 5th, Mr. Y Giang Gry Nie Knong - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) hosted a reception for Mr. Parvathaneni Harish – the Ambassador of India to Vietnam and his delegation on the occasion of paying a visit to Dak lak province.

On the morning of October 4th, the Opening Ceremony of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival Logo Design Contest (Contest) was held by its Organizing Committee to judge submitted artworks in order to select the official logo used for Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival.

On October 1st, the provincial Steering Committee for Public Administrative Reform (PAR) held a meeting under the chair of Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi – Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Head of the provincial PAR Steering Committee to evaluate the PAR of the first nine months of 2018 and to implement the direction and tasks of the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2018.

On the occasion of the anniversary of the International Day for the Elderly (October 01st, 1991 - October 01st, 2018) and the Action Month for the Vietnamese Elderly, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee H Yim Kdoh along with leaders of departments, sectors paid a visit and presented gifts to former leaders living in Buon Ma Thuot City.

On the morning of September 24th, the Organizing Board of Dak Lak Startup Contest (Contest) in 2018 organized the qualifying round before the preliminary round to exclude profiles which fail to meet the requirements of the Contest.

Within the framework of celebrating the 45th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam – Japan diplomatic relations (September 21st, 1973 – September 21st, 2018), Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association of Dak Lak Province held an exchange program between Vietnam - Japan in Dak Lak province on the morning of September 19th under the presence of Mr. Tran Vinh Canh – Vice Chairman of Dak lak provincial People’s Council, leaders of Dak Lak Union of Friendship Organization, Vietnam Father Front Committee, along with more than 100 students coming from branches and Japanese companies in Dak Lak Province.
