On May 8th, Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) had a working session with Dak Lak Produce Forestry and Food Processing Company Limited to have a discussion on the proposal for investment in the project "High-tech agricultural products, cocoa planting and processing, TH. Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands) Chocolate Processing Factory". The meeting was held under the presence of Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi – Chairman of Dak Lak PPC, leaders of relevant departments, sectors and district-level people's committees of Ea Sup, Buon Don.

On the afternoon of May 04th, Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee (the PPC) held a meeting to propose and introduce agricultural projects to FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC Group JSC) for surveying and investing in Dak Lak province. Attending the meeting were Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the PPC Pham Ngoc Nghi; Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak PPC Nguyen Hai Ninh and leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities in the province.

On the morning of April 26th, the delegation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Mr. Bui Thanh Son - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, paid a working visit to Dak Lak province on the implementation of foreign affairs over the past time. Working with the delegation were Mr. Y Bier Nie - Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council, Head of Dak Lak province's Delegation of NA Deputies; Mrs. H'Yim Kdoh - Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People's Committee, and leaders of relevant departments in the province.

On April 24, under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh, the National Committee for Civil Aviation Security held an online conference with 21 localities to review civil aviation security in 2017 and deploy tasks in 2018.

After three days of working in a serious and urgent manner, the 10th Provincial Trade Union Congress, 2018-2023 tenure of the Labor Federation of Dak Lak province wrapped up on April 13th. The closing ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman Vo Van Canh.

On April 11, the delegation of the Finland Embassy to Vietnam and ActionAid, led by Ms. Annika Vilhelmina Kaipola, counselor of the Embassy, had a working session with the provincial leaders on the project “Promoting people’s participation in improvement of forest governance and poverty alleviation in Vietnam (PFG Project). The meeting was chaired by Mr. Y Giang Gry Nie Knong - Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee along with leaders of departments, sectors, and People’s Committee of Krong Bong district.
