On the morning of August 01st, permanent members of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) held a ceremony to announce the decision on appointing Mrs. H’Lim Nie, member of the provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of Sports, Culture, and Tourism Department to the position of Head of the PPC’s Organization Commission.

On July 23rd, the Provincial Steering Committee for External Information held a preliminary conference to evaluate the results of external information in the first six months and to implement the direction and tasks of remaining months in 2018. Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial Steering Committee for External Information chaired the meeting.

On July 23rd, the closing ceremony of the Vietnam Summer Camp 2018 under the theme of “15 years of joining hands” was held by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs-MOFA) in coordination with Dak Lak provincial People’s Committee

On July 21st, the delegation of the Secretariat led by Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong, the Politburo member and the permanent member of the Secretariat had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee in the middle of term of implementation of the Resolution of the 16th provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020.

On July 13th, the 4th French Songs Festival of the Central - Central Highlands provinces and Cultural Exchange between Vietnam – France in 2018 hosted by Dak Lak provincial Union of Friendship Organizations were officially launched in Buon Ma Thuot City. The Festival had the participation of leaders of 17 teams coming from 12 provinces in the Central and Central highlands regions and 05 provinces in the south-western region; students, Vietnamese living and studying in France; students from schools and colleges in Buon Ma Thuot City.

On July 16th, the provincial People's Committee (PPC) held a working session with Egeres Enerji Company (Turkey) on the implementation of the wind power plant project in the province with the participation of the PPC’s Standing Vice Chairman Nguyen Hai Ninh and leaders of departments, sectors.
