The Dak Lak Provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) and the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union (DYU) co-organised the Dak Lak Provincial Children's Forum in 2019 (Forum) on July 05, focused on the theme "Children and issues of children". Attending the Forum were leaders of Departments, agencies, officials in charge of children’s issues from the city, town and districts and 80 children in the province.

The documentary book and photo Exhibition under the theme "Dak Lak: 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament" was opened in Dak Lak on the morning of June 26 by the Dak Lak Provincial Museum in collaboration with the Dak Lak Provincial Library in order to practically emulate to gain achievements towards the 50th anniversary of implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament and continue to effectively implement the Politburo's Directive No. 05-CT/TW on “Promoting the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style” (1969-2019).

On the basis of Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 01, 2019 of the Government, the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) issued the Plan No.2541/KH-UBND on continuing the implementation of major tasks and solutions for improving the business environment in 2019 and orientations towards 2021. The Plan suggested five key tasks and required each sector, unit to take drastic and creative action to improve the provincial business environment.

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a set of temporary criteria for product valuation and classification in the One Commune One Product Program (OCOP).

In the first quarter of 2019, the Provincial People's Committee took the initiative in directing the provincial-level professional agencies, People's Committees of districts, town and city to step up PAR work in all areas of institutional reform, improve investment environment, support and develop enterprises, deploy the e-government, take the satisfaction of people and businesses to measure operational efficiency of agencies and units.

On the morning of June 05th, the Provincial Steering Committee for Public Administration Reform (PAR) held an online conference to review the PAR tasks for the first five months of 2019 and publicize the PAR index of the provincial agencies, units and localities in 2018.
