On the morning of August 13, the 24th South Central Coast and Central Highlands-Region 5 Fine Arts Exhibition which is co-organized by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and Dak Lak Provincial Cultural Centre opened in the Central Highlands city of Buon Ma Thuot. The Exhibition’s opening ceremony saw the attendance of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Pham Minh Tan, Vice Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee H’Yim Kdoh, leaders of Departments, branches and authors in the region.

On the morning of August 09, the Provincial Council for Science and Technology (PCST) held a Conference on evaluating 4 years of operation (2016-2020 term) and set direction and tasks for 2020 under the chair of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha – Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Chairman of the PCST.

On the afternoon of August 05, Dak Lak Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMYU) held a conference on reviewing the Youth Union’s activities and movements of schools in the academic year of 2018-2019. Attending the meeting were leaders of Vietnam Students’ Association, Department of Education and Training, Youth Union officials of schools.

On the afternoon of August 02, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee held a preliminary Conference on ensuring traffic safety in the first 6 months of 2019 and outlining tasks for the last six months under the chair of Mr. Vo Van Canh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.
