In the first quarter of 2019, the Provincial People's Committee took the initiative in directing the provincial-level professional agencies, People's Committees of districts, town and city to step up PAR work in all areas of institutional reform, improve investment environment, support and develop enterprises, deploy the e-government, take the satisfaction of people and businesses to measure operational efficiency of agencies and units.

On the morning of June 05th, the Provincial Steering Committee for Public Administration Reform (PAR) held an online conference to review the PAR tasks for the first five months of 2019 and publicize the PAR index of the provincial agencies, units and localities in 2018.

The Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform has announced the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) 2018 of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees of centrally-run provinces and cities.

On the morning of July 8, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha chaired a meeting on reviewing the implementation of the Infrastructure Development Projects (ID Project) for Phu Xuan Industrial Zone (IZ) in Cu M’gar district. Attending the meeting were the leaders of relevant Department and sectors, Cu M’gar district People’s Committee and representatives of investors.

According to the assessment made by the Department of Planning and Investment, for the first half of 2019, the Public Administration Reform (PAR) work has been fully implemented in accordance with regulations. Regarding online business registration at level 3 on the National Business Registration Portal, 379/2,862 records have been settled, reaching 13% of the total number of settled records from the beginning of the year to the reporting date. There have been 55 records which have received and returned by public postal service, a gradual increase compared to the previous years.

In collaboration with the Embassy of Vietnam in London (the United Kingdom) and Embassy of Vietnam in Berlin (Germany), the Department of Foreign Affairs Provincial (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) held the Vietnam Provincial Roadshow 2019 VPR UK – Germany 2019 in the UK and Germany from June 23-29, 2019.
