On the afternoon of October 7, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a regular meeting under the chair of Mr. Y Bier Nie – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council to evaluate the task performance in September and deploy tasks in October 2019.

On the morning of 24 September, the Ministry of National Defence’s Steering Committee of the Project on strengthening the legal propaganda, dissemination and education for officials and people in the border and island areas for the 2017 – 2021 period (the Steering Committee) organised a conference to learn from experience in legal propaganda, dissemination and education for officials and people in the border and island areas in 2019. Attending the conference were Major General Do Danh Vuong - Political Commissar of the Border Guard, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee as well as the Steering Boards of provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highland regions.

On September 30, implementing the Plan for administrative reform in 2019, the inspection team of the state administrative reform result in 2019 in the province (Inspection team 1798) led by Mr. Nguyen Van Hong - Head of Public Administration Reform Division, Department of Home Affairs as the Head of the delegation conducted inspection work at a number of units of the Provincial Public Security.

On September 19, Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in collaboration with the World Wide Fund for Nature in Vietnam (WWF - Vietnam) organized a Workshop on Feasibility Study of Wild Elephant GPS Collaring in Dak Lak.

Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Head of Dak Lak province’s Delegation of NA Deputies, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council of Y Bier Nie chaired a meeting on the afternoon of September 16 to receive the Delegation of Sekong province (Lao PDR) led by Mr. Pom Pet Khiu La Vong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of Sekong province’s delegation of NA Deputies, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council on the occasion the Delegation has a visit to Dak Lak province.

On the morning of September 15, the working delegation of Government led by Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue - the Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister had a meeting with the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province. The meeting had the presence of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Van Cuong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairpersons of the Provincial People's Committee, Departments and sectors.
