On Tuesday evening (May 19th), the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak Province (DYU) organized a Outstanding Youth Following Uncle Ho’s Teachings Festival in 2020 at the monument featuring Uncle Ho surrounded by ethnic children with the participation of Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee H’Yim Kdoh; representatives of departments, branches, unions and over 1,000 DYU’s members in the province.

On Tuesday afternoon (May 19th), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (the Provincial Party Standing Committee) held a conference to preliminary review 4-year implementation of the Politburo's Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15th, 2016 on “Promoting the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style” (Directive 05) in association with the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s Birthday (May 19th, 1890 - May 19th, 2020). According to the PAR report of the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA), 76 administrative procedures in the home affairs have been received and returned settlement results through public postal service (PPS). The percentage of administrative procedures submitted through PPS reached 10.9%.
