The Industry and Trade sector has made a plan on environmental protection in order to provide a roadmap and priorities for implementing the sector’s environmental protection with a focus on the complete of legal system on environmental protection of the Industry and Trade sector. This Plan aims to prevent and control sources of waste, minimize environmental incidents, settle urgent environmental issues in industrial production and trade, recognize environmental issues in the coming period, prevent and respond to environmental incidents to promote sustainable production and consumption in line with sustainable development goals as well as targets and tasks of industry restructuring.

The Department of Performing Arts under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with Vietnam Musicians’ Association and other units organized the “National Musical Instrument Concert and Solo Competition - 2020”.

On the morning of September 17, Dak Lak Provincial Confederation of Labor (DACOL) in collaboration with enterprises held a ceremony to sign cooperation agreements on improving the welfare of union members and employees in the period 2020-2023. Dak Lak Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA) just received 20,000 nano masks (worth about $20,912) from Jeollabuk-do Center for International Affairs (JBCIA-South Korea) on September 16th, 2020, a representative of DOFA said. JIBCIA-South Korea sent by air to support Dak Lak in Covid-19 prevention and control.

On the afternoon of September 18th, Central Party Commission for Publicity and Education held a seminar under the theme "Continue to innovate and improve the quality of oral propaganda in the new situation". Vice Chairman of Central Party Commission for Publicity and Education Phan Xuan Thuy chaired the seminar. On Friday morning (September 18), the Standing Bureau of Provincial Party Committee held an event to announce and award the Decision of Standing Bureau of Provincial Party Committee on personnel work to Mr. Truong Cong Thai, Deputy Secretary of Buon Ma Thuot City Party Committee, Chairman of Buon Ma Thuot City People’s Committee.
