On the afternoon of November 10, the Provincial People's Committee held an online meeting to explore investment cooperation between Dak Lak - Vietnam and Saint - Petersburg, Leningrad Province, Vologda Province - Russian Federation.

The 17th Dak Lak Provincial Communist Party Congress, term 2020 – 2025, opened at the Conference Center of the provincial Party Committee on October 14. Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh attended and directed the conference. Also present at the event were Central leaders, leaders of the Communist Party Construction Committees, Ministries, central agencies and unions; leaders, former provincial leaders, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, leaders of local agencies and communities; and 349 official delegates representing more than 80,000 party members in Dak Lak.

On Thursday morning (September 24), a conference was held in Ho Chi Minh City to summarize the trade cooperation program in the period from 2016 to 2020 and the connection of the supply and demand of goods between Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces and cities. Attending the conference were the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, major provinces and cities in the South and Central Highlands along with 24 districts, city and craft villages.

The Provincial Business Incubator Joint Stock Company signed a memorandum of understanding on start-up cooperation with AIO Project Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Hue) and Ced Central Joint Stock Company (Ha Tinh).

On Tuesday morning (September 22), the Organizing Committee of the 11th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Dak Lak province (2020-2025) (the Congress) held a meeting to prepare contents for the Congress. Attending the meeting were Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi; Chairwoman of Commission for Mass Mobilization under Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee H’Kim Hoa Bya; Standing Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha and leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

On September 21, at the isolation area of the Central Highlands Mobile Police Regiment - Ministry of Public Security (Tan Hoa ward, Buon Ma Thuot city), the provincial health sector offered the Certificates of isolation completion to 7 Lao students who have completed the concentrated isolation period for Covid-19 prevention and control.
