On the morning of February 4, in Tay Hoa commune, Dak Lak province, the Vietnam Red Cross Society in coordination with the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee organized the program Tet for flood affected people Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026. The program aims to care for poor households, families of policy beneficiaries, vulnerable people and households affected by storms and floods; through this, it seeks to spread a spirit of compassion and sharing, helping residents welcome the traditional Tet warmly and with solidarity.

On the afternoon of February 6, the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak Province held a meeting with the province's cohort of journalists, artists and leading intellectuals to mark the Lunar New Year (Binh Ngo – Year of the Horse) 2026.

On the morning of February 5, 2026, the Provincial People's Committee held its regular monthly meeting to review direction and administration; assess the results of socio-economic development targets for January; and deploy tasks for February 2026. The meeting was chaired by Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On the morning of January 27, a delegation from Champasak Province (Lao People’s Democratic Republic), led by Mr. Souksavanh Vilayvong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Administrative Committee, visited Dak Lak to extend greetings for the Vietnamese Lunar New Year.

On the occasion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam , Dak Lak Province has received congratulatory letters and messages from several foreign localities with long-standing cooperative and friendly relations. These messages demonstrate their interest, support, and confidence in the leadership and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

On the morning of January 16, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a virtual review conference for the "Quang Trung Campaign," a rapid initiative focused on rebuilding and repairing homes for households affected by storms and floods. Co-chairing the event were Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo Member and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo Member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister.
