On July 5, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5714/UBND - NC to the Provincial Police, Department of Finance, and People's Committees of districts: Cu M'gar, Ea H'leo, Krông Pắc, Ea Kar, M’Đrắk, and Buon Ho town regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 13/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 2021, of the Provincial People's Council, which regulates the handling of facilities that do not meet the fire safety requirements and were put into operation before the effective date of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Law (PCCC) on August 8, 2022. On this matter, the Provincial People's Committee had previously issued Decision No. 1736/QD-UBND on the approval of a list of facilities that need to implement corrective measures to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety for the 7 markets in the province.

Dak Lak Provincial Police announced that during the first six months of 2023, the work of ensuring traffic order and safety in the province has seen many positive changes, with the number of traffic accidents, fatalities, and injuries decreasing.
