On the afternoon of July 12, the 10th Provincial People's Council Meeting held a Specialized Monitoring Session on the implementation of policies and laws regarding the reform of the organizational system, management, and improvement of the quality and effectiveness of public-sector entities in the province from 2018 to 2023.

Dak Lak province currently has over 700 cooperatives, attracting approximately 69,500 members. The total number of regular employees in cooperatives is about 22,500 people. So far, cooperatives in the province have organized their machinery and management in accordance with the 2012 Law on Cooperatives. The average annual revenue of cooperatives is about 1.5 billion VND; the average profit per cooperative is 150 million VND per year. The average income of members and laborers reaches 45 million VND per person per year.

On July 17, the Provincial Women's Union of Dak Lak, in collaboration with the Border Guard Command of Dak Lak province, held a three-year review of the "Accompanying Border Women" program for the period of 2021-2025.

On July 17th, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development organized a nationwide online conference to review the progress of the 3-year implementation of the National Target Program (NTP) for new rural development (NRD) in the 2021-2025 period. The conference was chaired by Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Le Minh Hoan.

Within the framework of the Festival of Promotion and Connection of Tourism among cities in the Central Highlands with Tuy Hoa City (Phu Yen Province), on the morning of July 15th, a conference on promoting tourism development took place in Tuy Hoa City. During the conference, delegates discussed and proposed solutions to promote the tourism industry of the respective localities.

On July 10, the Commission for Inspection of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize the inspection, monitoring and disciplinary enforcement of the Party in the first 6 months of the year, and deploy the tasks for the last 6 months of 2023. Mr. Le Van Nghia – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission chaired the conference.
