On December 19, at the project site north of Tran Phu Street, Cloud Gate Group officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cloud Reserve Central Tuy Hoa project. The event was attended by comrade Nguyen Thien Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives from various provincial departments, the Tuy Hoa Ward People's Committee, and other relevant agencies.

On the afternoon of December 16, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the high-level plenary session of the Vietnam Economic Forum 2025, Outlook 2026. The forum was themed: "Vietnam's Economy: Rapid, Sustainable, and Green Development in the Digital Age."

On December 16, at the second headquarters of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province (Tuy Hoa Ward), a delegation from Bac Ninh Province led by Comrade Le Xuan Loi—Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee—conducted an official working visit. During the session, the delegation presented a financial support package totaling 5 billion VND to Dak Lak Province to assist in mitigating the severe consequences of recent natural disasters and stabilizing the lives of local residents.

On the afternoon of December 16, the first session of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Dak Lak Province for the 2025–2030 term was convened.

On the afternoon of December 13, in Tuy Hoa Ward, the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dak Lak Province and the Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association of Dak Lak Province, in collaboration with Phu Yen Vocational College, organized a propaganda contest to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation (1950-2025).
