After nearly 2 years of implementing the smart city construction project, the authorities of Buon Ma Thuot City have concentrated on investing in and developing three pillars: Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society. This initiative aims to facilitate the participation of residents in smart urban services, monitor the resolution of local issues, and expand comprehensive digital transformation models in communes and wards.

The Ea Kiet District Party Committee recently organized the "Clever People's Mobilization" competition in 2023. The competition saw the participation of 19 teams with 172 contestants representing the Party committees of 17 communes, towns, the district police, and the District Military Command. The teams went through three rounds of competition, including: introducing an overview of their agency, unit, location, and participating members; a knowledge and problem-solving test; and a skit performance titled "Clever People's Mobilization."

On September 13, the inspection delegation for the results of administrative reform (AR) in 2023 in the province (Inspection Delegation 611) conducted an inspection of the implementation of AR in Cư Kuin District.
