On November 21, as the residents of Dak Lak are heavily affected by natural disasters and flooding, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has urgently approved and expedited the reception of three significant international aid packages from the European Union (EU), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and CRS.

In response to the call from the Dak Lak Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for support to help residents recover from the consequences of recent natural disasters, on the morning of November 20, Ms. Do Thi Hong Van from Binh Kien Ward personally delivered the first relief shipment, consisting of 1,000 boxes of instant noodles and 1,000 boxes of bottled water, to Facility No. 2 of the Provincial Party Committee Office, located at 02 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Binh Kien Ward.

Early on November 20, in Tuy Hoa Ward, the Dak Lak Provincial Civil Defense Command held a meeting to direct response and recovery efforts following the heavy rain and flooding across the province. The meeting was co-chaired by comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Central Party Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and Major General Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Commander of Military Region V.

At 10 p.m. on November 20 (Hanoi time), from Algeria, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an urgent online meeting with leaders of ministries, agencies, and localities to discuss the situation and urgent solutions to respond to floods and natural disasters in several central provinces.

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s traditional day (November 18, 1930 – November 18, 2025), on November 16, Hoa Ngai Village (Van Hoa Commune) organized the Great National Unity Festival. Attending and celebrating with local residents were Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; leaders of Van Hoa Commune; along with a large number of officials and villagers.

On the morning of November 15, at the National Assembly House, the National Election Council held a national conference to implement the Politburo’s Directive and launch preparations for the election of the 16th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term. The conference was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person attendance with online connections to provincial and communal sites in 34 provinces and cities nationwide.
