On February 15th, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended a teleconference held by the Vietnam Social Security (VSS) that reviewed the 25-year implementation of social and health insurance policies and deployed solutions for implementing Resolution 28-NQ/TW and tasks for 2020. Leaders of Government, ministries, Central sector attended the teleconference.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Van Cuong, on February 16th, worked with the Provincial Department of Market Surveillance (DOMS) on the implementation of tasks over the last time, especially the cooperation in market management for prevention and control of acute pneumonia caused by new strain of Corona virus (Covid-19).

On the afternoon of February 17th, a delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep had a meeting with the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) on the implementation of investment in irrigation system in the region of Dak Lak province. Vice Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the PPC Pham Ngoc Nghi, Vice Chairman of the PPC Y Giang Gry Nie Knong together with representatives from other Departments and sectors worked with the MARD delegation.

On the morning of February 17th, the Provincial Steering Committee for Combating Smuggling, Commercial Fraud and Counterfeit Goods (Provincial Steering Committee 389) held a meeting to review its works in 2019 and deploy key tasks for 2020. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 389 chaired the meeting.
