On May 22nd, continuing the 9th Session of the 14th National Assembly, the NA deputies listened to reports, verification reports, explanatory reports; received and discussed online bills including: Law on International Agreements; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of administrative violations; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Promulgation of Law-Regulated Documents. NA deputies also discussed online the proposed NA’s Monitoring Program in 2021; the law and ordinance making programs for 2021, adjusting the law and ordinance making programs for 2020.

On May 22nd, Asia Fund in collaboration with Vietnam Handicraft Export Association and other related agencies held a seminar in Buon Ma Thuot City to kick-off the project “Traceability in goods and product development”. Attending the seminar were representatives of state management agencies, coffee and black pepper enterprises in the Central Highlands provinces.

On Thursday afternoon (March 21st), the second seminar to discuss the Project on construction of Buon Ma Thuot – Nha Trang Highway was held by Dak Lak province. The event was attended by Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Ha Quoc Tri - Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee among representatives from related departments and sectors of the two provinces.

Besides constantly innovating transaction and improving the quality of products and services, Agribank – Dak Lak branch officially put cash deposit machines (CDMs) into operation on May 21st in order to serve customers better.

On Thursday morning (May 21st), Ms. H’Yim Kdoh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), Chairwoman of the Council of Chu Yang Sin Literature and Art Award chaired a meeting with the Departments and branches to comment on the Regulation on organization of the 03rd Chu Yang Sin Literature and Art Award of Dak Lak province, 2015-2020 period.

On May 20, the Party Committee of Tan Thanh Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City solemnly held the 12th Party Congress for the 2020 – 2025 term.
