On Tuesday evening (June 9), the Ministry of Public Security organized the launching ceremony of the 11th People’s Public Security Arts Festival of Region IV in 2020 at the Cultural Center of Dak Lak Province. Attending the event were Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security. On the side of Dak Lak province, there were Mr. Pham Minh Tan - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Ngoc Nghi - Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee among representative from Departments and branches, officials and soldiers in the province.
