The World Health Organization (WHO) representative in Viet Nam had a working session with the Center for Disease Control of Dak Lak Province (CDC Dak Lak) to evaluate the implementation of “dengue fever forecasting Model Satellite-based system ”(D-MOSS project) in Dak Lak province and agreed to support for the next stage.

On Sunday morning (August 09th), the Dak Lak Red Cross Association in cooperation with Dak Lak Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd. (Eco City Premia) organized a delegation to visit and present gifts to quarantined centers and checkpoints for Covid-19 control in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.

On Wednesday afternoon (August 12), Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired an online conference with 15 provinces and cities with Covid-19 cases and related ministries and agencies to implement measures for fighting against Covid-19. Attending the conference from Dak Lak province were Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) H’Yim Kdoh and leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

According to Decision No. 258/QD-TTg, dated February 19, 2016, the Prime Minister has decided to make August 28 the Traditional Day of Vietnam’s Information and Communications Sector (ICS).

On Tuesday Morning (August 11), the Organization Board of start-up and business start-up competition in Dak Lak province 2020 held a meeting to deploy content related to the progress of the competition. Attending the meeting were the Standing Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), Head of competition’s Organization Board Nguyen Tuan Ha together leaders of Departments and branches in the province.

During two days from 10th to 11th of August, the Party Committee of Lak district held the 15th Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure with 298 official delegates representing 2,951 party members in the entire Party.
