As requested by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in Official Dispatch No. 5042/BTTTT-CTS dated December 21, 2020 on the end of analogue TV broadcasting in 15 provinces in the fourth phase, the end of analogue TV broadcasting will be implemented in Vietnam Television, provinces of Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Lang Son, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Hoa Binh, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong from 00:00 on December 28, 2020.

On December 16th, the Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development (TUARD) of Dak Lak province hold the 10th Conference of the 5th Standing Committee (extended), tenure 2017-2022, on reviewing the trade union’s activities in 2020 and deploying tasks for 2021. Ms. Vo Thi Hanh – Standing Deputy Chairwoman of Dak Lak Federation of Labour attended the conference.

On December 18, Dak Lak Union of Science and Technology Associations (DUSTA) held the 5th Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure. The event saw the presence of Associate Professor-Doctor Pham Quang Thao, Vice President of Central Council of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA); Le Van Nghia, Member of Standing Bureau of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial Party Committee; Vo Van Canh, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; leaders of Departments and sectors; representatives of the Union of Associations in Central Coastal-Central Highlands and 150 delegates representing more than 15,500 members of the Union.

On the afternoon of December 12, a national teleconference took place to review outcomes of the 10-year implementation of the Party Central Committee Secretariat’s Conclusion 61 of the Secretariat, issued on December 3, 2009, focusing a project on improving the role and responsibility of the Viet Nam Farmers’ Union (VFU) in the development of agriculture, new-style rural area building and the building of Vietnamese farmer class in the period of 2010-2020” (referred to the Project 61) and the Prime Minister’s Decision 673, issued on May 10, 2011, covering “the VFW's implementation and collaboration to run a number of rural socio-economic and cultural development programs and projects for 2011 – 2020”.

A national online conference on corruption prevention and control works took place in Hanoi on December 12. The conference was held by the Central Steering Committee for Anti-corruption (referred to as the Steering Committee) to review corruption prevention and control works during the 2013-2020 period.

The National Committee for Traffic Safety in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, and Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited (Prudential) and the Asia Injury Prevention (AIP) Foundation, held the launching ceremony of the project "Go to school safely ”at Nguyen Viet Xuan Primary School (Buon Ma Thuot City).
