On the afternoon of December 29th, the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) held a conference to summarize the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defence and security in 2020, and map out plans for 2021. Chairman of PPC Pham Ngoc Nghi, Vice Chairman of PPC Vo Van Canh and Vice Chairman of PPC Y Giang Gry Nie Knong co-hosted the conference with the attendance of representatives from departments, agencies and localities.

On the morning of December 24th, the Prime Minster and the Presidium of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) held a conference on “Ensuring sustainable employment, improving livelihoods and working conditions for workers”. Attending and chairing the conference were Prime Minster Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Chairman of VGCL Nguyen Dinh Khang, and representatives of concerned ministries and agencies. The conference took place in online form with destinations in provinces and centrally-run cities.

The Delegation of Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee led by Pham Minh Tan – Executive Deputy Secretary made a visit to religious organizations in Buon Ma Thuot City on Christmas 2020 on December 22.

On the morning of December 23, the Provincial Steering Committee for "All people unite to build a cultural life" movement (Movement) held a conference to review performance in 2020 and lay out tasks for 2021 under the chair of Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee, Head of Provincial Steering Committee H'Yim Kdoh.

On the morning of December 31st, Dak Lak Provincial Art and LiteratureAssociation held a ceremony to summarize the Association’s activities and awarded prizes in Literature and Art in 2020. Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Canh, representatives of Departments, agencies and all members of Provincial Art and Literature Association.

Bui Van Cuong, member of Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee visited Dak Lak Young Entrepreneurs Association and attended the "Drink Coffee with Businessmen" program along with Deputy Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha, leaders of Departments and sectors on January 5th.
