On the morning of July 13th in Ha Noi, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics held the forum Local Development Dialogue 2021 online with other provinces and cities across the country chaired by Prof. Nguyen Xuan Thang PhD, Member of the Poliburo, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) of Dak Lak Province said that the Center had completely installed the basic facilities. Services of reflecting the scene, monitoring online public services, monitoring and managing socio-economic activities, and CCTV for security and traffic management have been tested and successfully connected to the monitoring system with 27 screens since July 1st 2021. Therefore, these services are ready to be put into operation.
