Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has issued Official Document No. 1285/TTg-CN regarding the guideline on adjusting the Master Plan of Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province until 2025.

On October 5th 2021, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province issued Decision No. 2756/QĐ-UBND on approving the list of tour guides who have faced difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Buon Ma Thuot City and the funding to support them (the 11th support), according to the provisions of Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP of the Government and Decision No. 23/2021/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister.

From the afternoon of October 2nd to the afternoon of October 3rd, Dak Lak Province has received nearly 3,000 people who are living, working, or studying in Southern provinces and cities returning to the province. Additionally, there were thousands of people passing through Dak Lak Province. With the motto “no one is left behind”, the province has implemented measures to ensure people back home safely.

On October 7th 2021, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province issued Decision No. 2767/QĐ-UBND on approving the list of employees who have temporarily suspended the performance of their labor contracts, taken unpaid leave and faced difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Buon Ma Thuot City and the funding to support them (the 12th support).

On October 7th, Saigon High Quality General Clinic (address: 55 - 57 Ngo Quyen Street, Tan Loi Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, directly under the Saigon High Quality Medical Service Joint Stock Company), and the Youth Union of The Dak Lak Newspaper coordinated with the Youth Union of Cu Kuin District to give 400 gifts to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 epidemic in Cu Kuin District.

On October 7th 2021, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2766/QĐ-UBND on approving the list of and expenditures for supporting laborers temporarily stopping labor contract implementation, leaving job without salary and meeting difficulties due to COVID-19 (11th time) in the District of Krong Nang, specifically:
