On the morning of April 21st, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh chaired a national conference to start implementing the National Target Program on building new-style rural areas and the National Target Program on sustainable poverty reduction for the 2021-2025 period. Mr. Y Giang Gry Nie Knong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, chaired the meeting at Dak Lak Province’s live broadcast. On the morning of April 28th, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province coordinated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to organize a conference on promoting investment in agriculture in Dak Lak Province in 2022.

On April 21st at the headquarters of the General Department of Taxation, the Ministry of Finance held an online ceremony to launch the National Electronic Invoice System.

On the morning of April 20th on Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Book Street, the Dak Lak Department of Information and Communications coordinated with the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training, related agencies, units and enterprises to organize Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2022.
