On the morning of August 30th at the 10/3 Square in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) of Buon Ma Thuot coordinated with Emulation Cluster No. 4 (directly under the HCYU of Dak Lak Province) to organize the Rally – Flag salute ceremony to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2nd 1945 - September 2nd 2022) with the theme "I love my Fatherland".
