By 2025, Dak Lak province is focusing on completing new tourism products to stimulate the domestic tourism market. The tourism sector aims for total revenue from tourism to reach 1.6 trillion VND and total visitor arrivals to hit 2 million.

On February 2, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Dak Lak Province, Nguyen Thuy Phuong Hieu, announced that during the 5-day Tet holiday from January 28 to February 1, 2025 (corresponding to the 29th day of the last lunar month of the Year of the Dragon 2024 until the 4th day of the lunar New Year - the Year of the Snake 2025), the total number of tourists and revenue from tourism activities in the area saw a significant increase compared to the previous year.
