1. Introduction
The People's Committee of Dak Lak is the executive organization under the supervision of the Provincial People’s Council, responsible for the execution of the Constitution, laws, governmental policies and the resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council.
The authority and duties of the Provincial People's Committee in governmental administration and in the relationship with the Provincial People's Council have been specified by laws under the consistent central management of the Government, in accordance with the four-level administrative system
The structure of the administrative organizations under the management of the Provincial People's Committee consists of Departments and specialized organizations: Department of Investment and Planning, Department of Finance, Department of Trade and Investment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Environmental and Natural Resources, Department of Construction, Department of Transport, Department of Education and Training, Department of Health, Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Justice, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs, Provincial Inspectorate, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Management Board of the Industrial Zones, Provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, Committee for Population, Families and Children, Provincial Forest Administration Office, The Provincial People's Committee Bureau, Police Department, Provincial Military Headquarter, The People's Committees of the city and districts.
