On April 16, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in coordination with Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee held a conference to review task performance in 2020 and lay out new tasks for 2021 of the Department of Economic Cooperation and Rural Development in Buon Ma Thuot.

Dak Lak plans to invite a number of “Sharks” (potential investors), and reputable VCCI experts in the country to act as examiners for the final round of a startup competition organized by the Provincial People’s Committee. Each chosen “Start up” has the opportunity to invest VND250 million.

On Monday afternoon (June 29), the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) in collaboration with the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee held a Bank – Enterprise Connection Conference in the Dak Lak’s city of Buon Ma Thuot in order to support customers facing difficulties amid Covid-19. The Conference was attended by Deputy Governor Nguyen Thi Hong of the SBV, Standing Deputy Chairman Nguyen Tuan Ha of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee together with representatives from the Banks, the Provincial Entrepreneur Association and 50 enterprises in the province.

On the afternoon of September 12th, Dak Lak province branch of Agribank held the awarding ceremony of Prize-Linked Savings program “Handing scratch cards, receiving luckiness”.

The above information was affirmed by Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Pham Ngoc Nghi at a dialogue with enterprises held by the PPC on January 19th. The workshop had participation of Mr. Y Bier Nie – Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh – Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the PPC, representatives of Departments, sectors, Dak Lak Provincial Enterprise Association, and nearly 300 enterprises across the province.
