On March 8, the Dak Lak Literary and Art Association organized a program to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnam's day of photography (March 15, 1953 - March 15, 2023) and launched the Art Photo Contest "Buon Ma Thuot - Dak Lak integration and development"; Photo contest “Moment of the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2023”.

On the morning of March 6, the Traffic Police Division of Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to ensure traffic order and safety for the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023.

From March 9 to March 14, 2023, the Agency of Food Safety and Food Hygiene of Dak Lak will conduct food safety monitoring at hotels and restaurants in the Festival area, tourist areas around Buon Ma Thuot to ensure overall safety during the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, within the scope of the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023, by March 3, 2023, 8/15 districts/towns/cities with a total of 472 cafes have registered to participate the free coffee program on March 10, 2023.

On March 6, at Cu M'Blim village, Ea Kao commune, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot city held the 10th Culture and Sports Festival of ethnic minorities in Buon Ma Thuot - Cluster No. 1.

The Organizing Committee of the Art Photo Contest "Vietnamese Coffee - A journey to create a world cultural heritage" announced that, after nearly 4 months, it has received more than 1,100 entries of over 170 authors from more than 30 provinces in the country.
