On September 12th, the General Statistics Office organized an online seminar titled "Proposing Methods for Measuring the Digital Economy in Vietnam." Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, the General Director of the General Statistics Office, chaired the seminar.

On the morning of September 11th, Viettel Dak Lak, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training of M'Drak District and the Promotion of Learning Society of the district, organized a scholarship program called "Promotion of Learning, Promotion of Talent - For Diligent Learning" for the year 2023. The program awarded scholarships to students who achieved high academic results in various levels of school competitions and students who had overcome special difficulties in their studies.

On the morning of September 8, 2023, the Prime Minister's Office for Administrative Reform held its first online meeting with localities across the country. Vice Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, the head of the Office, chaired the meeting.

From September 12th to 14th, in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Center for Journalistic Professional Training (Vietnamese Journalists' Association) collaborated with the Dak Lak Province Journalists' Association to organize a training course on "Multimedia Article Writing Skills."

On the morning of September 12th, Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee regarding personnel matters.

On September 11th, the Buon Ma Thuot City Police, in collaboration with the People's Committee of Thanh Nhat Ward and Nguyen Khuyen Primary and Secondary School, organized an event to introduce the "Safe Traffic at School Gate" model.
