On October 3rd, the Dak Lak Literature and Arts Association, in collaboration with the People's Committee of Krong Buk District, organized the opening of the 2023 Literature and Arts Creative Camp in Krong Buk District.

On the afternoon of September 29th, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to review content presented by the Provincial Party Executive Committee and to present the agenda for the upcoming session of the Provincial People's Council. On the morning of October 2nd, the Department of Education and Training, in collaboration with the Provincial Promotion of Education Association, organized the opening ceremony of Lifelong Learning Week 2023 with the theme "Building Self-Learning Capabilities in the Digital Age."
